Valentina’s experience covers a wide range of skills around financial controlling operations: general reporting, annual reconciliation of service charge accounts and forecasting. She supports the property managers in preparation of annual budgets, service charge estimations, ensures collection, monitoring and record - keeping of all securities and leases in cooperation with the real estate administrator.
