About Andrei

With a diverse background, Andrei Kivu brings to the Avison Young team financial and data analysis skills acquired working as Project Controller and Team Leader with Hewlett-Packard, as well as solid real estate skills and market knowledge from his 8-years experience as Real Estate Valuer with JLL. In the latter capacity, he prepared valuation reports for hundreds of real estate properties across all market sectors in Romania and Bulgaria, as well as market studies, feasibility studies and best-use studies.

Andrei holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE) in Bucharest and has completed the ASURED (Advanced Studies in Urbanism and Real Estate Development) 2-years programme at the University of Architecture and Planning Ion Mincu.
