Bogdan provides estate specialized services since 2006 when he started his career in construction management. His first project was a 4,200 sqm office building which he has finalized according to the investor’s expectations.

After this project, he opened his own company for providing specialized services in constructions and for real estate development. Since 2015, he is improving my specialized services for industrial development, starting with the land research and continuing with the development of the future units (designing, permitting, site coordination).
